We fully conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998. Personal information is only collected when you place an order, register for our newsletter, or contact us directly by email, phone, fax or letter and we only use this information for normal business practices.
With the exception of credit card processing, all information is collected and stored securely by Top Trout Ltd on our premises. For credit card transactions, appropriate information is collected by our payment processors, PayPal and Pay360, for the sole purpose of authorising that transaction.
We only send marketing information (our Newsletter, etc) to club members and those who have registered to receive it (opt-in). You can register or unregister here at any time.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam) and we do not share customer details with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use an independent feedback company, FeeFo, to gather customer feedback on our products and services and they will contact customers by email about 7 days after orders have been dispatched. They won't use your email address for any other purpose and the advantage of this system is that all our feedback is from genuine customers and being independent we are unable to change or alter the feedback in any way..
