Product Description

The Cortland 333 Saltwater Fly Line has been optimised for saltwater fly fishing.

It features a stiffer line coating to improve line turnover with large flies and a shorter, heavier line body that shoots better and is great for punching out large saltwater flies.

This is an easy casting, high performing saltwater fly lline benefiting from all of Cortland's design and manufacturing expertise to deliver an easy casting, high performaning, top quality fly line at a great price.

The 333 Saltwater fly line comes in a heavier range of line weights than the standard 333 Classic line, extending from a WF7 right up to a WF10.

DETAILS

The 333 saltwater fly lines are optimised for the distance casting of large and heavy saltwater flies.. The quick loading tapers, extra stiffness super slick coating and shorter line body are all aimed at delivering higher line speeds with modern fast actioned rods and to translate that line speed into a long distance cast.

These lines feature:

- Increased weight for quicker loading and fewer false casts
- Work best with modern, fast actioned rods to generate high line speed
- Harder line coating to reduce drag and friction through the rod guides
- Stiffer construction reduces energy loss and leads to tighter loops and longer casts
- Shorter 18' / 6m line body (versus a 25' / 8m body on the standard 333 classic lines) gives extra punch and shootability when casting large and heavy saltwater flies.
